I am so glad you found us! Whether it's breakfast with the women on Tuesday morning at the Broadway Cafe, making crafts for Mothers Day, or delivering Thanksgiving baskets to homes in Cassopolis, there is always something going on. Welcome to Penn Friends Community Church!

MY KIDS

Our children's ministry focuses on two age groups. Young children, ages 4 to 7 years old meet in the Noah's Ark room for Junior Church during the service. They learn about God through Bible stories, coloring and simple crafts. Eight and above participate in Carpenter's Kids, where they learn about God through carpentry crafts and Bible lessons. Nursery is available for children under four.

Is there something for my kids?

Penn's Childrens Ministry focuses on three age groups: nursery care for babies and toddlers, Children's Church for 4 to 7 year olds, and Carpenter's Kids for 8 to 13. Children will be dismissed from service after Praise & Worship and escorted to their classrooms.

What does a Typical Service Look Like?

A typical Sunday begins with 'Coffee Talk' fellowship in the Fellowship hall from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. Adult and children's Sunday School classes run from 9:30 to 10;20. Worship service begins in the sanctuary at 10:30. After Praise and Worship, children are excused to Children's Church and Carpenter's Kids classes for the rest of the service.

How do I join a ministry?

Watch for announcements on screen at the beginning of service and in our bulletin each Sunday. Look for signup sheets at the information booth. Exciting ministry is going on all the time. Look for it, or bring your own passion and projects.

How do I join a small group?

At this time, most of our groups revolve around ministry opportunities. We love for you to get involved in ministry! Please look for sign-up sheets at the information booth and watch for announcements about ministry
opportunies.

How can I get involved in serving?

There are lots of opportunities to serve the Body of Christ at Penn. Look for sign-up sheets at the information booth.
